A white label website builder your clients never see the back of
Build client sites under your own name. Previews go out on your subdomain, the finished page goes live on the client's domain, and every client keeps their own brand kit so the next page for them starts on-brand. $149 a month for 50 live pages and 15 sites, whether you have two clients or thirty.
Free to start, no card. White-label previews included from the first page.

What white label means here
Six things, not an adjective
Plenty of builders call themselves white label and mean the logo in the top left. These are the places a client would otherwise find out who built the page.
Previews on your subdomain
Send a client a preview link on your own domain. They never see the word Simplepages.
Their domain, your build
Publish on the client's own domain. Sitemaps, redirects and SEO come with it.
Brand kits per client
Save each client's logo, colours, fonts and tone once. Every new page for that client starts there.
Per-client reports
Branded performance reports, one per client, on a schedule you set.
Lead emails from your brand
When a form is filled in, the alert lands from your agency's sender, with your logo on it.
Export whenever you want
Any page comes out as static HTML. If you leave, you leave with the work.
Building a client site
Set up the client once, then every page starts on-brand
The white-label part is not a setting you switch on at the end. It is where the build starts.
Save their brand kit
Logo, colours, fonts, tone of voice, and the domain the site will live on. Do it once. Every page you build for that client from then on starts from it, so page four looks like page one without you re-explaining anything.
Describe what the client needs
A homepage, a services page, a campaign landing page. Write two or three sentences about it and the page comes back built in the client's brand. Change anything by asking, as many times as the client wants, at no extra cost.
Preview on your domain, publish on theirs
The approval link is preview.yourstudio.com, not ours. When they sign off, connect their domain and publish. Nothing the client ever opens carries our name.
A brand kit is per client, not per workspace, so a studio running a dentist and a law firm is not fighting one global theme.
Running a book of clients
15 sites, 50 pages, 10 seats, one bill
One workspace, every client
Client sites sit side by side with their own domains and their own brand kits. No separate logins, no per-client subscription to cancel when a retainer ends.
10 seats
Bring the designer, the account manager and the freelancer you use at crunch time. No per-seat conversation every time somebody joins.
Reports go out under your name
A monthly performance report per client, with your logo on it, on a schedule you set. It is the retainer conversation, written for you.
Handover is not a hostage situation
Export any page as static HTML whenever you want. If a client leaves, or you do, the work goes with you.
Price
What the white-label plans cost across the category
Figures read off each platform’s public pricing page on 23 August 2026. Where a platform prices per site, the number climbs with every client you win, which is the part worth modelling before you pick.
| Platform | Entry white-label price | What that includes | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simplepages Agency | $149/mo | 50 pages + 15 sites, 10 seats | our pricing, checked 23 Aug 2026 |
| Dorik Agency | $79/mo billed annually, $99 monthly | Unlimited sites | source, checked 23 Aug 2026 |
| Brizy White Label AI | $159/mo | 10 sites, then $8 per extra site | source, checked 23 Aug 2026 |
| SiteSwan Agency | $199/mo (list $249) | 40 sites, 5 seats | source, checked 23 Aug 2026 |
| Simvoly White Label | $59 to $69/mo | 2 sites + 10 funnels | source, checked 23 Aug 2026 |
| Kopage Cloud | $49 to $699/mo | 5 sites to unlimited, by tier | source, checked 23 Aug 2026 |
| Duda White Label | $199/mo, $149 billed annually | 4 sites, then $17 per site | source, checked 24 Aug 2026 |
Dorik is cheaper than us, and unlimited
$99 a month against our $149, or $79 against our $117 if you both prepay a year, and they have no site limit where we stop at 50 pages and 15 sites. On the row that says price, they win, and there is no version of this table where they do not.
The reason we still think this is worth reading: Dorik is a website builder with drag and drop, so a client page is still an afternoon of your time. We write the page from a description and then rewrite it when the client comes back. If your bottleneck is the monthly software bill, buy Dorik. If your bottleneck is the hours between the brief and the invoice, that is the thing we are actually selling.
The margin
What the client pays, what the page costs, what you keep
The $3 is what one more page costs you inside the $149 plan once you are running 50 of them. It is not a promise about what you can charge, which depends on your market and your closing rather than on us. The margin calculator on our agency page runs the numbers on your own client count and price point.

If you came at this from a different angle
Two neighbouring pages cover the same plan from a different starting point. The AI white label builder page goes into what it actually means to skip templates and drag and drop, and compares us with Landingsite, who make the same claim. The reseller page works through the per-client cost at 5, 10, 25 and 50 live pages, and is honest about the fact that we do not find you clients.
Questions
What agencies ask first
What happens to my clients' pages if I cancel?
After a short grace period they go to a clean placeholder page rather than a broken link, so a client never lands on a 404 while you sort things out. You can export any page as static HTML at any time, before or after you cancel.
Can I use my clients' own domains?
Yes. Connect any custom domain, or publish on a subdomain of yours. Live pages, preview links, lead alert emails and reports all carry your brand rather than ours.
Do my clients ever see Simplepages?
No. Preview links sit on your subdomain, lead alerts come from your sender address, and client reports carry your logo. The name Simplepages does not appear on anything a client is sent.
Is there really no limit on edits?
Correct. Unlimited AI edits and image generation are included under fair use. The fourth round of revisions costs the same as the first, which is nothing.
How many pages can I build?
50 live landing pages and 15 live multi-page sites are included. Past the allowance, an extra live page is $49 and an extra live site is $119. One-time, and the limit stays raised.
Can I take the pages with me if I leave?
Yes. Every page exports as static HTML that you can host anywhere. Nothing on the platform is a one-way door.
One plan, and it is on the page
One plan, published, no sales call to find out the number.
