A website builder for agencies, priced so the spread stays yours

A local business page is commonly quoted around $995. Building and running it here is part of a flat $149 a month for 50 pages and 15 sites.

    Your numbers

Put your own client count in

Three inputs. It works out what you bill, what you pay us and what is left.

    How you bill it
    You bill each month$2,000
    You pay us each month$149
    You keep each month$1,851

That is 93% of what you bill, a month. Revisions do not change it.

The reason this holds up is the flat price. Most agency plans in this category charge per site: Duda adds $17 a site past the first four, Brizy $8 a site past ten, Landingsite $24 a month for every live client site. On those, winning a client makes your software bill go up on the same day your invoice does.

Here the bill does not move until you pass 50 live pages or 15 sites, and when it does move it is a one-time charge that permanently raises the limit rather than a new monthly line.

The other half is revisions. Fixed-price web work usually dies on the fourth round of client changes, because that is where the hours stop being covered by the quote. Unlimited AI edits mean the fourth round costs what the first did.

    Why the margin is real

Four things that are not on the invoice

    No per-change fee

Unlimited AI edits and image generation. Client feedback costs nothing, which is where fixed-price margin usually goes.

    No revenue share

We do not take a cut of what you bill, and there is 0% commission on payments taken through the built-in checkout.

    Flat until 50 pages

$149 covers 50 live pages and 15 sites. The eleventh client costs the same as the tenth.

    Ten seats included

Bring the whole studio without a per-seat conversation every time somebody joins.

    Three shapes

What the numbers look like in practice

    Solo, three local clients

$250 a month each on retainer. $750 in, $149 out, $601 kept. One new client covers the plan four times over.

    Five-person studio, twenty clients

$150 a month each. $3,000 in, $149 out. The plan is under 5% of what the client list bills, and ten seats are already included.

    Paid-media agency, pages as a bolt-on

A landing page per campaign at $600 a build, eight builds a quarter. $4,800 in, $447 out over the quarter, and no designer in the loop between the brief and the launch.

These are illustrations at prices we have seen agencies quote, not customer results. Put your own numbers in the calculator above.

    What you get

The short version of the feature list

White-label previews on your subdomain, lead alert emails from your sender, branded per-client reports, brand kits, custom domains, sitemaps and redirects, built-in checkout at 0% commission, and export to static HTML whenever you want it. The full list lives on the white label website builder page. If you are starting a reselling line rather than adding pages to an existing book, the reseller page works through the per-client cost as you grow.

    Questions

What agencies ask about the money

Does the price go up when I add a client?+

No. $149 a month covers 50 live landing pages and 15 live multi-page sites. Past the allowance, an extra live page is $49 and an extra live site is $119. One-time, and the limit stays raised.

Do you take a cut of what I charge my clients?+

No revenue share, no commission on your invoices, and 0% commission on payments taken through the built-in checkout. What you bill is yours.

    What do revisions cost?+

Nothing. Unlimited AI edits and image generation are included under fair use, so the round of changes that normally eats the margin on a fixed-price job does not show up on your bill.

How many seats do I get?+

Ten. Enough for a small studio without a per-seat conversation every time someone joins.

Can I white label it for clients?+

Yes. Previews sit on your subdomain, lead alerts come from your sender, and client reports carry your logo.

One plan, and it is on the page

One price, published, and it does not move when you win work.
